What is The Maker's?

Centre Church’s Performing Arts Program – where creativity and faith grow together. It is a place where kids build confidence, express creativity, form lasting friendships, and learn to work together – all culminating in a fun, powerful, gospel-centered musical that reaches hundreds.

What happens at The Maker's?

Program

Kids will learn dance, drama, and music as they prepare a full-scale musical production for Christmas and/or Easter. Open to students in Grades 1-12.

Session

Over 12–13 weeks, kids will meet on Sundays from 1:15–3:00 PM to learn, rehearse, and prepare for the show, with full dress rehearsals taking place during the week leading up to the performance.

Application

Auditions are mandatory to be accepted into The Maker’s program.

Those accepted into the program will be asked to commit to the entire program, including the final performance. The cost is $40 per child, which covers program materials and snacks.

Join the Team

We’re looking for leaders or assistants, whether for the full season or one session. If you’d like to be part of the team, an application and background check are required.
